Due to the overwhelming number of requests we receive for product donations, we ask that you please read our “Giving Guidelines” below to ensure that your organization qualifies for a donation before you begin the application process. Your organization must meet all the guidelines listed below.
- Organizations must be have 501©3 status or have pending 501©3 status.
- Requests must be received 12 weeks or 90 days prior to the event.
- Organizations must fall into one or more of New Era’s Areas of Focus.
If your organization meets these guidelines, you can expect the following:
- All application submissions will receive a prompt e-mail response confirming that your submission was sent and is being processed and reviewed.
- All applications will receive an email confirmation as to whether or not they have been selected for a donation within 4-6 weeks from their submission date.
- Requests for product are received throughout the year. Decisions are made monthly and based upon product availability.
